There will never be enough, they
are sooo good.....
I have just made the Spicy ones
and my husband said they are the best he has ever had, I have never
eaten pumkin seeds before but will be eating them again.

Pumpkin Seeds
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon of lemon pepper
Halloween
Pumpkin Seeds
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Method
1. Separate the seeds from the pumpkin
flesh and strings.
2. Wash them well in a big bowl of water and rub them between your
hands and let them drain in a strainer for about 30 minutes.
3. Then spread the seeds out on a baking tray and cover with your
choosen flavoring.
4. Preheat the oven to 275F/135C for 10 to 20 minutes until golden
brown. DO KEEP AN EYE ON THEM, checking every few minutes and stir
about every 5 minutes. They will take between 10 and 30 mins depending
on your oven.
A Note From Grandma
The mixed herbs that I use are a
mixture of Basil, Marjoram, Oregano, Thyme and Parsley. Now I presume
they are equal amounts but I have to confess I buy them already mixed
from the grocery store.
